Yearly Memberships ($100 Annual Fee)

  • Keep It Coming Package (1x/week or 4x/month) – $180/month or $45/session
  • Maintenance and Strength Package (2x/week or 8x/month) – $320/month ($40/session)

  • Single Session – $70 + HST
  • 5 Sessions – $65 each ($325 total) + HST
  • 10 Sessions – $60 each ($600 total) + HST
